Nature of the Waitlist

Joining the Waitlist does not guarantee early access, a subscription, or the availability of the service in your specific region.

Apta is currently in development; features described on this landing page, such as the "Scream Alert System" and "Automated Emergency Triage," are subject to change based on technical and regulatory requirements.

Apta is a data-sharing and emergency orchestration platform; it is not a medical device or a provider of medical advice.

The vitals synced via the "Real-Time Vitals Bridge" are for informational purposes and should not be used as a substitute for professional clinical monitoring or diagnosis.
Founding Member Reservation (If Applicable)

Any "Founding Member" fee paid to reserve a spot is fully refundable upon request until the official service launch.

This fee serves as a "Soft Commit" and will be applied as credit toward future subscription costs.
User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when joining the Waitlist.

You acknowledge that the effectiveness of the "Automated Emergency Triage" depends on the accuracy of the emergency contact data you provide during the full registration phase.
Data and Privacy

Your participation in the Waitlist is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines our commitment to India’s DPDP Act and the secure storage of data in Indian vaults.

We use your contact information solely to provide updates regarding Apta’s global launch and early-access opportunities.
Limitation of Liability

Apta shall not be liable for any delays in launch or for the inability to bridge data due to third-party hardware limitations or regional telecommunications outages.
